Mr. Ken Muir first joined the staff of Cobb & Co, as casual Steward on 4th 1977 and shortly afterwards joined the permanent staff as a bartender.
In October 1977 he was appointed Assistant Restaurant Manager.
 
A young man of good dress sense and bearing, Mr. Muir impresses with his diligence and attention for detail. He enjoys good relationships with staff and customers who appreciate his positive but polite approach, at all times he has shown a willingness to co-operate and portrays a good sense of duty and awareness.
