These letter servers to confirm that Havills Business Center Limited has used Mr. Ken Muir in his capacity as a Sales Training Consultant for two of our sales representatives.
 
We sent people on a two day sales and motivation course run by Ken primarily for office equipment.
 
Both our sales people had been on a number of courses previously and felt they knew it all and were not all keen in attending the course. However, when they arrived back they were full of praise for Ken’s professional and enthusiastic approach to sales training and motivation which he had obviously passed on to our people. We saw a direct result from this in the form of increased sales.
 
We would have no hesitation in sending further of our staff on courses conducted by Ken if the opportunity arose.
